JaeCee is absolutely AMAZING! I’m very particular about my hair and color. Her foiling is absolute perfection! I love the blond and have received so many compliments. The cut is also adorable and highly complemented. We’re visiting family right now and I was told my bed head looked cute! The mark of a perfect haircut- even a mess, it’s still cute!
