Liz was originally recommended to me by a friend when I first moved to Sioux City, and I am SO thankful. She has done my hair several times, and most recently my warm blonde balayage prior to my wedding. It is difficult to find someone to trust with getting exactly what you want with hair, but I am 100000% trusting in Liz for making my hair the most perfect blonde every time!!!! She is so fun and is such a hype woman! Additionally, Selina did my facial waxing prior to my wedding. She was so detailed and got every spec of unwanted hair, even the stubborn ones! I would give this salon a 0 stars if it was available as a choice but since I can not, I shall leave a very detailed review on why I would choose 0 stars. I initially came to this salon to get my hair colored/cut but one of the employees, Beth O, suggested I get a halo hairpiece, given her sister in law has one who owns the whole salon. So Beth dropped off the hair piece in my mailbox, without warning. As I'm observing this hair piece, if you can even call it that, I noticed how it was still processing the color as it was STILL wet. Another problem was how it wasn't even a hair piece but several different hair extensions sewn together as a clump of hair. I didn't even want to put it on as it didn't match my hair length, color nor was it evenly cut & layered. I confronted the owner, the sister in law of Beth, she said there was nothing she could possibly do and no way I could get a refund. Honestly would have just let this go but she charged me $250 for something i never received and no
