Scheduled an appointment for my son and husband earlier this week and called yesterday (5/26) to change date to (5/27). Confirmed the time and date was changed for 1pm today and they show up and there isn't an appointment and no available stylist. Very frustrated that Noone could at least make it right. Now I have to call another salon and find a spot for them last minute.
My hair is in the middle of my shoulder blades. I went in and asked for a trim but keep the length. She hacked off about 2 inches. Won't be returning do not recommend.
