Potosa Spa

I had a one hour massage scheduled. I was told to be there 15 minutes early as it was my first visit. I arrived 15 min early. I waited for my massage for over 45 min. Finally asked one of the employees about my massage. Poor customer service. Was told when I left I would be compensated for the long wait. I called three times with no response. Felt like my experience didn't matter. Very unhappy with experience.

I have been going to Courtney at Potosa Spa for five years now and I absolutely love the experience every time! She is always super friendly, professional and knows what she is doing in each service she provides. There is a reason I recommend her to all my friends and have been a long-term customer of hers! I go to her for waxing, facials and lash extensions :)

Took the marketing department from our company for a team outing to help relax and revive for work. It was a wonderful experience! There were three of us and we each did the Spa Day Retreat package. All of the staff were very friendly and did an excellent job! They had enough staff to make sure all of us were starting and ending our packages at the same time. Very relaxing atmosphere. We will be going back and we definitely recommend to others!
