This is the cleanest nail salon! Everyone is friendly and does a great job. The best salon in Dubuque!
I have called 4 different times to book an appointment. Sometimes 3 weeks ahead and they can't get me i .Said only have 1 person to do fills and they're too busy. They do not offer any suggestions.Very rude!
