There were two guys ahead of me. They took third time and made sure they did a real good job for them. I wanted Ashampoo, conditioner and cut. She put me in the chair sprayed something on my hair then proceeded to cot. I didn't get shampooed or conditioned just fast cut and out. Didn't even cut it the way I wanted. I won't go back there. The staff is great, even though they drive a long ways to work sometimes, I still love this place for my hair cuts.
I went to get my hair trimmed and layered. Ask if she could French braid my hair… stylist said “we don’t style here” SINCE when does a hair salon not style?? Guess I didn’t get the memo. Also I asked for a trim and layers. Realized later she only trimmed it. No wonder my hair appointment only took 10 minutes! Never going back there !
