Jess is amazing! She has such immense knowledge about how to work with curly hair and took the time to walk me through all the details of what she was going to do before she started cutting. Unreasonable prices. Took advantage of someone. Sad and disgusting. Every salon Im the area including higher end salons said that there was no reason 2 hours of service with shoulder length hair cost almost $700. And you cannot justify it. To any sane person greed is disgusting.
Jess is AMAZING! She is a beautiful soul inside and out. She made me feel comfortable right away, almost as if we’ve known each other our whole lives. Besides her joyful and charming self she is very knowledgeable in her profession. She made sure I knew every product she was using and why she was using it for my hair type. She asked me all the questions to get to the root of my hair issues and then worked her magic.
