Not impressed at all. I watched as, like me, 5 other women walked around trying to find things and reading labels while 3 employees and what appeared to be a manager gathered around a station and discussed their weekends for over ten mins! Right when I was about to leave I got asked if I was finding everything okay. “NO!” But they sure weren’t worried about helping customers until done discussing the weekend. Crazy

I had an eyebrow wax at 5:40 I got there at 5:20, one of the ladies up front got me all checked in and the person who does the waxing was helping someone and then 5:30 rolls around and she agrees to do a wax for them. I stood around for a while and then she started teaching them how to fill in their eyebrows. At this point it is 5:55 and i was getting irritated because she saw me walking around and the lady up front told her i was there. 5:58 she gets done and I walk up and tel her I had an appointment at 5:40 and she looks at me and says “Im off in 2 minutes Im doing to a wax” When the person before me asked if she could squeeze her in quick. I am very disappointed to say the least.

Every time I come in I feel at home. I wanna thank all the staff for helping to create who I am today. I appreciate everyone I've ever met while working and shopping with me!!! Love all of you so much!!!
