Haircuts and service was usually above average and sometimes really awesome, but the shocking management “policy” at this location was just a horrible traumatizing experience. Just making up lies and zero respect from management. Wow. If I knew how horribly i would be insulted, I would never have brought them my business.

I called to get my husband an appointment. They said they didn’t do appointments and walk-ins were welcome. We showed up and there was no one in any of the chairs and one guy waiting in the lobby. Somehow there was still a 46 MINUTE WAIT! Clearly they take appointments. Needless to say we left and we won’t be back. Comeplete waste of time. UPDATE I’m adding to my review because for some reason I’m not allowed to respond to the owner’s review. There was no confusion. Walk-in doesn’t mean you have a wait list. Especially when your store is empty.

I was very nervous taking my toddler (almost 3 year old) to get his hair cut. I normally cut it at home but this time I thought I'd try taking him somewhere. I got Libby, I could tell she was new to the job but she did amazing. My son is very active and wild at times. She took it like a champ and was so patient with him. I was so pleased with my experience and will be back. Thank you so much. Service: Haircut
