Great Clips

Took my boys in for a haircut and they turned out horrible . The stylist were rude and when i asked her to go shorter she told me she had other clients waiting. She smacked my childs hand down at one point was very short with them. Yes they are squirmy but they are 2 and 5. Hair looks awful. Called the customer service numer and made a complaint. Still waiting for a call back from the owner of the store.

Brought my 86 yr old Mom here for a haircut, we had been here before and had a stylist by the name of Jessica. My Mom had liked her cut and wanted to go back and have Jessica cut her hair again. Jessica is a kind, caring individual and was wonderful to my Mom, and gave her another great haircut!!! We thank her for making my Mom happy and being so kind ????

First off, their check in gizmo is a joke. Before this came into place, I could walk in and be seated within about twenty minutes. Now, no matter what, it's a wait. A long, long wait. I tried to sign in early, before they were open, and couldn't. I suppose that makes sense. So I did the check in at 8am. I did not get seated until 9:30. Surely, there has to be a better system out there. I work with special needs adults. Last weekend I took two clients to a hair cut place over on the northeast side - cannot remember the name right now - and we didn't have an appointment and didn't have to busy ourselves with a lousy check-in system. We walked in the door. Within ten minutes, one was in a chair. After twenty, the other was in. When I next need a haircut, I will look that place up and go over there. It's a bit more of a drive, but I'd rather spend fifteen minutes driving, than an hour and a half waiting in the lobby. Second, I was given a senior discount. I wasn't asked if I wanted one and
