Elevate Salon & Spa

Although I’ve had great experiences here in the past, tonight I arrived for a spa pedicure at 7pm and wasn’t told until I was brought to the room that they had no hot water and had been having issues all day. I had been in the lobby for 15 minutes and this was not mentioned. No one called me all day to give me an opportunity to reschedule. I was offered a ‘dry pedicure’ for the same price as a spa pedicure which I declined. Disappointing customer service.

I saw Ellea at the Edgewood salon today and absolutely would go again! I love what she did with my hair during the visit. Professional, very attentive, listened to what I wanted and made suggestions, friendly, blending techniques were exceptional, excellent service. Was scared because I had to find a new hairstylist since mine moved, super happy to find a new one after a walk in appointment. Service: Hairstyling

I got my hair done by Izzy yesterday, I have curly hair and I’ve had a very hard time finding someone that can cut and color it correctly. She did AMAZING! The whole experience was great! Great communication and casual talk, she listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that.
