Cost Cutters

I waited two hours for a hair cut… I was quoted 20 minutes. Don’t ask me why I still waited. Then she used a brush on my head that still had the last persons hair in it. Disgusting.

I had a cut and color. I thought maybe the color would get better with time but the highlights are near as light as I asked for. I paid quite a bit and I haven’t had ONE person even notice I got it colored or cut. Looking at it myself in the mirror, I can’t even tell a difference. I’m somewhat disappointed

I came in to get a perm to make mornings easier to get ready for work. What I got was heartbreaking. My hair was extremely over proccessed. The lady who did the perm ( tall, skinny dark completed girl with seriously the worst hair extensions ever) knew the minute she took my hair out of rollers. My hair felt like over cooked angel hair pasta. It's so frizzed out that it's embarrassing. I was going to go to Capri but thought I'd go to someone who has already graduated and working on the field. HUGE mistake!! At least they have people watching them. The manager of Cost Cutters offered me 3 free hair conditioning when ought to have gotten my money back. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone! 2 years later.... Hair still fried. Every time it grows 2 inches, it's fried and has to be cut off. I WILL NEVER have my long hair back. Thank you for destroying my self esteem.
