Ali was fantastic; 2 haircuts and a wax, recommended great products and good company/conversation. Michelle did a design on my undercut and I love it, she was off the clock, but since my mom was still getting the wax, she did one! Thank you both! ???? ❤
They fried my hair when dying it. I told them I Did not want it to look brassy and wanted a specific shade of brown. They told me they could not do that shade and suggested a combining of two other shades. It turned out very brassy and damaged. All they use to condition is Morrocan oil. It has been suoer frizzy since then. In spent over $90 and my hair looks better using a $3 Revlon. Sad.
Friendly staff, had an appointment got there early, got right it and loved my results.
