First time at this location..I had Nicole today..SHE KNOCKED IT OUTTA THE PARK...DID EXACTLY WUT I WANTED HER TO DO...SHES A KEEPER..WILL RETURN TO HER. SHE IS MY NEW STYLIST...GREAT CUT AND COLOR
What’s the point of scheduling an appointment? Came in at my scheduled time and was told it would still be over an hour. That all the walk ins were ahead of me. So why take appointments? Crazy. Don’t bother scheduling an appointment here.
Don’t let them cut your hair unless it’s just a trim or something very simple. I showed them what I wanted on my phone which had layers and no blended… came out with a mullet! The lady literally kept chopping off the same length… I should have told her to stop but I kept thinking they know what they are doing. THEY DO NOT!
