Ann did my nails for my engagement photos and did a wonderful job. Other places weren’t able to do what I had asked for (French tip with chrome on top) and take way longer than my nail tech at Premier. Ann knocked it out of the park. Super friendly and made sure to make me feel welcome as a new customer. Super clean and well kept environment too! Services: Nail extensions, Nail repair, Dip powder

I just moved to Ankeny from WI and wanted to get my nails done. After looking at reviews and to see what’s close to my home. Decided to give Premier Nail Bar a try after reading reviews. I was excited to find a new nail tech near my new home town. I am not sure if my nail tech l is new but I had to give a lot of directions such as fill in the side of my nail that there was gap. My nail is are shaped some pointed almond to just a rounded almond and some crooked. I asked nicely for her to reshape but I can tell she was getting frustrated. I had my nails this shaped pointed almond before and it’s not the shaping that really bothers me it’s my crooked nails I asked her help file to make them even but no success. She was trying to be not rude but I can feel her frustration. She definitely needs practice I feel. She was sloppy with acrylic bead and hard a time evenly spreading the bead. She even called who what I am thinking is the owner or manager. He basically told me to “ trust the proces

I will start off by saying my nails look great. They look fantastic, this would have been a different review if it didn’t start off on a bad foot. I have previously been doing my nails myself. So, when he asked if I had done them myself. I had said yes, but then he started laughing. Which made me feel uncomfortable and upset. I did stay through the whole appointment and did tip solely on that fact that nails look great. Maybe, make sure that your staff know that was rude and not acceptable, and I will not be coming back to your nail salon. There are plenty of other places that don’t laugh at their customers.
