I just wanted to give a shout-out to the salon…Will is so amazing and so kind. He really made my hair voluptuous and gave me tips and took his time with my hair. I will definitely be coming back! He’s one of the best natural hair stylists! but he can definitely do more! ❤️ Thankyou for everything Will!
Went in to the Store today. They did say Welcome to Ulta. The sales people just look at you and never ask you if you need help. I di allay had to ask a makeup artist in the middle of doing someone’s eyebrows to help point me in the correct direction. I was in there for about 45 - 60 minutes. Only help received was when I asked the girl.. They were not busy so there was no excuse for poor customer service.
I come here for hair care services, and Isabel Gopaul is a fantastic hair care professional. The salon is in the back of the store. The store is also well stocked with beauty essentials.
