Luxury Nails

I’ve been coming here for a long time but at this point i don’t even know where to start with this place. The manager tom or tim whatever is rude. He can not take criticism without having something to say along with most of the workers. It’s been multiple occasions i went and the person who was doing my nails rolled their eyes about another client that either had kids with them or was complaining to another staff member. They are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Their work is mediocre at best. They have at the most 2 staff members that know what they are doing the other 5-6 need recertification or get on youtube and take some notes. I know at least 4 people I will not let do my feet again cause they do not do good work. They also blame everything that went wrong on their part on you.. I won’t be spending anymore money here until April comes back. Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Nail repair

I have been coming to this establishment for months. I always get gell polish when getting any service. When I got my nails done Sunday, June 12th, which was a fill-in and polish change on my feet. I paid $64 for both services. My polish started looking dull that monday. But I waited until the next day to see if it was just me. Well, it wasn't just me. My nails look really dull and old. On top of that my cuticles were cut up. I went in to let them see, and the lady that was in charge was rude and acted like I was the problem. She wanted to just add more polish to my nails. She got upset when I told her that my nails needed to be done over. When I say this wad the eorsy experience I ever had ay this shop.!!!! They are overpriced and need to go take classes on customer service.

DO NOT go to this place. They will mess up your nails! One of my acrylics popped off after only having it for a week and revealed the lovely “rings of fire” that the guy left on my nails (seat 8, don’t ever go to him). I decided to go have them taken off completely since he had damaged my nails so bad and after telling the owner 5+ times that no I did not want a fill in, I wanted them removed. They had me wait almost 30 minutes before the owner sat me down and used a nail to pop/tear my acrylics off, leaving me with the chunk of my nail missing that you can see in the photo. It was extremely painful but I wanted those nails off and to be done with this horrible place. And now I have to wait for all of this damage to grow out before I can do anything to my nails again. Ridiculous. Listen to the bad reviews of this place. The price isn’t worth it.
