Very unprofessional, which explains why there are a few negative reviews out of 24 total. Instead of running to dispute what someone is saying and accusing them of lying, step up your game and provide customer service. You got on here to write all that, but failed to reach out and communicate with customers. Yes, I'm glad I never made it to your seat either with your poor customer service. And No, my money was not refunded!!!

These people took my money for a consultation but I did not speak with a person. I got an email saying thanks you can now book your appointment. You charge 25 dollars for that? They have the long list of demands that you must check off before your appointment. They don't seem friendly at all nor do they return phone calls. I called and someone picked up and hung up. Customer service is more important to me and feeling comfortable with the person that will do my hair is a must. You shouldn't demand so much nor handle your customers this way. Try being more friendlier. And after looking at the reviews and the way the owner speaks, I'm thankful God didn't allow me to make the appointment. She seems just aS unprofessional as I suspected. No business will prosper this way. Take a customers complaints serious rather than argue back with them. It shows no class nor appreciation for your customers and people who care to spend money there. Your business is nothing without the customers. Look

I can't speak highly enough of my stylist, she definition of perfection when it comes to styling any type of hair. I recommend my stylist to anyone that wants a change for the better. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling
