Great Clips

I have been taking my son to get a haircut since August. I have never had an issue until I went to the one on Russell. We are Latinos. We walked in said hi the staff responded with a very cold n dry hi and told I them that we did not sign up online. So we sit down. At this point there are 2 ladies working and they were busy so we took a sit. After about 5 to 7 minutes of sitting there a white man walks in and the lady quickly stopped doing what she was doing and went to greet him and signed him in before she signed us in and she called them before she called me. So I had to wait for the other lady and she did a horrible job on my son's haircut The white kid got to receive awsome treatment and a grait haircut meanwhile my son left there crying because his hair was mess up. It shouldn't matter my nationality I should receive the same quality service as anybodyelse. Great Vlips you have to do better.

I had to finish her work at home. Long hair behind my hears, not very professional. I gave 2 stars and not one just because at least she pretended to be friendly. Maybe they do better job on nails and girly stuff but not for man haircuts. My second bad experience at Great Clips locations.

Me and my husband drive all the way from North Macon for Tonya to cut his hair. There’s no one like her, seriously. Husband has the tendency to grow out his hair longer than he should but she makes his hair look so good when we leave. She’s always so sweet and treats us like family.
