Footprints Spa

My friend recommended this place after I left my previous salon. They ask that your phones are silenced so that everyone can enough their treatment which I thought was nice. I did have to wait a while for my nail tech to arrive and I wasn't told that the color SNS I picked was clear with sparkle, not white with sparkle. I still liked it however. Nails were a little longer than I wished but at least my nails didn't break at the nail bed like with the last place I went to.

I had an appointment at 5pm and I was there 10 minutes early. They sat me down and I waited 10 minutes for them to bring me a bowl to soak my nails. The lady told me that after she was done with her client, she would come to me next. Instead, she went to the lady that was sitting next to me. After 30 minutes of soaking, nobody came to help me and my fingers were burning. I finally got up and told the receptionist that I’ve reached my limit and I left. I was a regular customer and they will never have my business again.

Wonderful experience! I loved that all the care was provided within tolerable temperatures and that is was a very quiet and relaxing space! My pedicure feels and looks amazing! Thank you Anna!
