Cuts by Us

I would give negative stars if I could. I asked for a layered cut and thinning. I was told I couldn't get my hair thinned because it would leave a bald spot. I have naturally thick hair... I've been getting my hair thinned my whole life. I received neither thinning, nor layers. What I did receive was an uneven botched haircut. I now have to pay someone else to fix my hair. It's noticeably uneven. My bangs are different lengths on each side. Their credit card machine was down so I had to pay cash. I should have done my research first. You can only expect so much from a $14 haircut I guess. I will never go here again. I forgot to mention, I had to wait several minutes before I was even greeted. There was 2 girls there... One sitting outside the back door and the other was in the bathroom. Not a friendly, nor professional establishment! Bathroom was also subpar. Definite disappointment for sure!
