Bamboo Nails & Spa

I got my nails done here for the first time since I moved here and I was very pleased! The atmosphere was very nice and calming and the process was quick. I was a walk in and got done and out within about an hour! My finger was accidentally nicked by the drill and starting bleeding a tiny bit and my nail tech was super nice about it. From someone who has done their own nails, small mistakes are NORMAL and don’t take away from the quality of the service. I was very pleased with the end result and they weren’t crazy expensive, although I do think they are pricier than some other places.

Nail tech cut me twice (once with the Dremel, once with a cuticle clipper) causing me to bleed. This was my first time getting SNS but I think the surface of my nails didn’t come out smooth or shiny as it should be. Everyone there is friendly and it’s a relaxed atmosphere, but I won’t be returning. Service: Dip powder

First the POSITIVE: The front desk person was very friendly and wonderfully quirky. The salon was extremely clean, quiet and I LOVED the pedicure alcoves. No one was screaming into their cell phones or talking loudly. I enjoyed the peace! Now the NEUTRAL: The "Signature" Pedicure was nothing special. Just your average pedicure no more no less. The person doing my pedicure did exactly what you expect for an average pedicure. She only spoke if spoken to and the only emotion displayed was when she replied "No" when I showed her a design I wanted. When I asked if she could do a simple flower, she simply said someone else could. She was not happy to be there. I felt as if she was totally distracted and I was in her way. Finally the NEGATIVE: The services are very overpriced. Just to use Gel Polish was an additional $20 on top of the $38/average pedicure. I also think they charge $12 to remove the original gel polish. The SNS was ok but NOT what I asked for. They showed me the colors in the
