NK Nail & Lashes

Use to be my go to spot to get my brows done. They started a new number things so I went in and signed in for my brows and didn’t know where he was referring to take a number from since nothing was on the counter. So he goes take a number so I’m like from where. It’s at a nail station desk. Then the guy that was doing a lady nails while talking to the lady he gone say “if I say take a number then take a number” but referring to me like I didn’t hear him so I asked him what he said then the nick tells me to leave like I was in the wrong but the old me would have went off but I’ll take my money else where. I’ll never do business with them again

Worst manicure ever. I had heard great things. Went in with a friend was told only a 5 minute wait, and they never got to my friend. Horrible customer service.

My sister recommended this place. I'm glad I gave them a shot. Everyone was super friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. The guy who worked on my nails (I think his name was Alex(?) ????) was extremely patient with answering my questions and taking my nails off when I came in with a damaged nail. Even gave me some good advice to help get my nails back healthy.. He displayed more of a genuine concern for me getting my nails back on track than trying to sell me services that could have possibly made my situation worse... like I'm SURE the other nail shops, that I've gone to, would have done. I'll definitely be back.. I can't wait to try those comfy looking pedicure chairs????
