JCPenney Salon

Went in stylist Lydia Tooley did a fantastic job. I got a color, scalp treatment , conditioner and silk press. She was kind , professional and considerate to my desired style and I would highly recommend her and this salon. She even showed me how to save on my services and future purchases. She earned every dollar . She did above and beyond. I wasn’t a client, I was an individual and she treated me with respect. Please go see her and tell her I sent you !!!!

Will not recommend it. I called and asked if they took walk-ins, and the lady told me yes at around 5 pm. My daughter and I drove there because we specifically told them that we were actually in their parking lot. We were told to come on! Upon entering, another lady at the counter acted surprised when we told her we arrived. She went to the back, came back out, then told us that they were getting ready to close at 630 due to being slow and had no time for us. We had LITERALLY just talked to them in the parking lot when they told us to come on! It was only 5 so they had an hour and 1/2! On top of that, she was rude with telling us no. Very, very dissatisfied with false advertising with hours and time management.

Stylist got hair dye all over collar of shirt and when I called to alert salon the supervisor said, "Well, that's never happened before. There must of been a hole in the cape.". $80 shirt ruined. No concern by salon. Do not use their services. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling
