I was recommended to go to Yoly’z because I wanted fun color and this was gonna be my first time. I was very nervous but Yoly was so understanding and very sweet and loving. Came here in October of 2021 to get my hair colored and it was my first time getting a color so I had little knowledge about coloring but the reviews seemed to be good for this place so I went ahead and booked the appointment. The price was over $400 which was fine with me because I wanted to make sure that I got it done correctly. Apparently they must’ve left something in my hair too long because after I left the salon my curl pattern was not the same and my hair was very brittle. A few weeks later my hair started breaking off very fast with the color. This experience was tremendously depressing for me and I was mortified with the amount of hair that was breaking off. It’s over a year later and my hair is slowly growing back because I had to get the color cut out and my hair is growing back healthy as it was before I went here. It is still not pass my shoulders as it was before but it is slowly getting there after so much breaking and shedding. I would not recommend anyone going here
