Lovely Nail

I just left this business not too long ago. I told the guy what services I wanted. He asked if I was willing to wait and initially I said, Yes. He said 1 hour but his demeanor and attitude was very unprofessional. So, as a customer was walking out, I asked the guy agin to make sure I heard him correctly, and he said, Yes, one hour and said something else sarcastic. I walked out. I've gotten my nails done there before and didn't have an issue and the customer service was good at that time but its been a while since I've been there and I decided to treat myself and go back to Lovely Nails. I will not ever step foot in that place again. Customer service is important and is the heartbeat of a business and when anyone is unprofessional about providing a service, that business doesn't have to worry about getting my money because I won't give it to them.

Not a very long wait. I went on a Sunday afternoon. Very kind people. They were super sweet to my daughter who got her nails painted. It was also very affordable. Thank you for your work! Services: Acrylic nails, Dip powder

It figures that the first time I find a nail salon I actually live in Georgia (been here for 7 years), they get nothing but terrible reviews on yelp. Here's my experience: I stumbled upon this place and met the most incredible nail tech, Jen. She really understood nail health and didn't just try to cover my nails with products like most salons do. Jen was not only professional but also very friendly and made me feel so comfortable. She shared some great tips for my upcoming trip to Vietnam and I left feeling confident and ready for my adventure. Mr. Lee, her dad, is quite the character and it seems like his sense of humour is off putting to a lot of people but we joke around in a similar style where I come from, do it didn't bother me. It was important to me to find someone who realized that underneath the acrylic or polygel or polish, people have real nails that should be taken care of. I highly recommend Lovely Nail and especially Jen to anyone looking for expert nail care. Thanks, J
