When I go get my hair done at new places I always bring a picture of exactly how I want my hair. I showed the lady who I'm assuming was the owner of the hair salon a picture and asked her before she started if she could do my hair EXACTLY like the picture. She said she could do it EXACTLY like the picture, but at that point she should have told me no because what she did to my hair was not at all how I wanted it. Also because I braid hair myself I know how it shouldve been done. My braids were sloppy, and she caked alot of brown gel in between and around all my braids(without asking' I dont use brown gel to slick back the hair she didnt catch. My real hair is about medium length and natural. More than long enough to catch all of my hair. I was very unsatisfied, and shouldn't have paid but I was in a rush to get to my children. I didn't have time to stay and have her fix it. I payed her $80. When I got home after getting my hair done braids began unraveling. And they were extremely fuzz
