The salon is a pleasant atmosphere that’s professional yet relaxed. As soon as I walked into the salon I saw a client “wow” in the mirror at her final look. I came back to see Courtney for a cut and balayage after she gave me a blowout for an event. Courtney and her assistant Mia are cheerful, communicative, and talented. Courtney makes it look easy but when I saw the final look I understood why the other client had that wow reaction! Worth every penny to walk out feeling like a million bucks.

I have been a Bob Steel client for over ten years, but I always visit the exact location for convenience. Yesterday, I went to the Smyrna location, and Camryn did my hair, and I was thrilled. I got the worst haircut ever. I would like to share with other customers what levels means at this salon. Like most of you, I thought it’s experience, knowledge etc. I asked my hairdresser during my cut since I noticed her technique was very basic and my ends looked uneven how do they get to different levels ( mine had level 8th and was priced $72 pretty high ) and she said - it’s sales : how much product they up-sale to customer .
