Asked for a pure white dye (titanium), came out the first time with a summer blonde look. Came in the second time and while a bit better, was surprised to see no dyes were applied at all and only toners were used on my nearly black hair. My stylist was professional and asked me if there was anything else I wanted to adjust. I let her know that it still wasn't white enough (I had gotten a great white hair dye cut before). My stylist informed her co-worker if there was another solution, whom I heard audibly complaining about my demand. The coworker came to me and started making forced comments with a fake smile about how white my hair was and how the stylist did such an amazing job. It seemed like they were trying to make me seem like I was unreasonable. I had to go home and have my girlfriend and dye my hair with a gray blend to get closer to what I asked. 3 stars for the service and professionalism on my stylist's part. -1 star for the coworker badgering me. The salon is open at 8am and has late nights. Love this benefit!!! I can go before the office. Chelsea Williams is fast and good. In and out for a great blow our. What else does a girl need. Service: Blowouts

I have come to the salon for 3 to 4 years now, and have had incredible experiences with stylist. Jenna is very talented and really listens to what I am looking for. I always leave satisfied with the color and cut with beautiful, blowouts and beach waves! Highly recommend.
