Great Clips

I’ve been here 3 times now and received quality haircuts 2/3 times. My husband can’t say the same. What leads me to give 3 stars is the fact that the manager at this location has taken it upon herself to charge clients an additional $10 for a hard part?! No where on the signage does it say that and no where else at any Great Clips have I experienced that policy. $10 on TOP of an inflated $18 for one line of a buzz? Absolutely not. Y’all need to calm down. Other locations charge fairly for a haircut and will be receiving my business in the future I urge you to do the same.

Do not go here. Worst hair cutting experience, very unsanitary and unprofessional. Even if you think they cannot mess up a simple cut you would be wrong. I am going on an important trip tomorrow and had to pay to get it fixed, they had to cut 5 inches just so it would not be a hack job. From a trim getting rid of dead ends to losing 7 inches had me in tears.

I have never had a bad experience with any other great clips, except for today was a hack job. Went in for a simple straight cut trim and left with a horribly done shag cut. The guy must have never cut straight hair before. Do not go here! Go to any other great clips, this guy spent 7 minutes butchering my hair cutting off 3-7 inches when I asked for a 1 inch straight cut trim.
