I have been using Niurka Dominican Salon for almost 10 years and she is fantastic! Whether I have long hair or short hair, she always knows what needs to be done to it. I have used Niurka for haircuts, colors, wash and deep conditioning. I trust her to select the best colors for my hair; which is natural and curly. Every time I leave her shop i am totally satisfied! I have been going to Niurka's hair salon since college. Niurka is fantastic, but this time someone else did my hair and I am very disappointed. I should have specifically asked for Niurka. The person did not flat iron my hair properly; my roots are not straight. It literally took her 8 minutes to flat iron my hair, yes I kept time. I was hesitant because I saw how she styled other people's hair, but she was the only person left. So I didn't have the option to request someone else. If I return, I will request Niurka, and if she isn't able to do my hair I will go elsewhere. The shampoo assistant was nice and my shampoo and deep condition was done efficiently.
