Cocanails Upscale Salon

I wanted to try a new salon chose Cocoa nails, I was charged 25.00 booking fee to book my services, I only got a pedicure with no extras, was charged 60.00 for pedicure and gel polish. The owner was personable, but the polish ended on my cuticle and I expected the 25.00 to be deducted from my balance due, it was not which was disappointing the site should inform the customer that the booking fee is in addition to the service charges! Unhappy customer I can afford what I want but I would like to make that decision!????????

Great nail salon and my best experience by far since moving back to metro Atlanta with great consistency to boot. I loved that Tamara and her team are committed to maintaining the health of the nail rather than just the aesthetic. I joked with Tamara that I had been getting “almond” shaped nails from traditional nail salons on my natural nails only for the shape to be just oblong or round. I’ve been to 5 nail salons in 3 different cities only to be very disappointed. Not only is it the true shape I wanted, but also the nail color “Miami Tan” is an absolute hit. I get compliments every day on the color, shape, smoothness and audible gasps when I reveal that these are my real nails. Great job,Tamara and Jayla! Initially I went in and was told I needed an appointment, which is fine. I showed the lady (may have been the owner) a photo of what I wanted and she scheduled me for the next day. They make you place all of your belongings in public cubbies away from you so before getting started I asked the tech (a different person than who scheduled me) if she wanted to see a photo of what I wanted. She seemed confused but said sure. I showed her a simple design and she told me she couldn’t draw. I decided to do a solid color using SNS because I had to pay a $20 deposit to hold the appointment that I could not get back. I asked for a square round shape. Some of my nails are crooked or slanted on the top. And no, my fingers are not crooked. The top coat does not cover my entire nail and is wavy in some places. They did not cut my cuticles and suggested I get a manicure as well at my next appointment (cuticle clipping has always been included anywhere else I have gone). I assumed based on the simplici
