My 17 year old went in for a hair TRIM and they charged her $50!! And it was a DRY CUT without shampoo or style! It took less than 10 minutes and it is really choppy. Dry cutting is not a great process as it leaves the hair uneven and choppy. I’m so disgusted at what they charged! I called them and asked about the pricing and they said that is normal for a haircut and would not refund any of the money. Yes, I understand that she should have asked the price before getting the service but she never dreamed they would charge that much for a trim. My best friend is a hairstylist at a very high-end salon and she was even shocked. THE PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS. Stay away!

Around 2 weeks ago I visited this salon for the first and last time. I received a decent haircut, the man who cut my hair was polite, BUT I was so disappointed in what they charged me for what I received. I paid $70 for him to dry cut my hair and then 'straighten' it. I was fine with the dry cut because that's how he preferred to cut, I assumed he would wash my hair after the cut but after cutting my hair he mentioned my hair was pretty clean already and I thought okay I guess that's fine, I mean my favorite part of getting a hair cut is having someone wash and style it but okay that's fine because I imagine I wouldn't pay as much now. No, I was charged $70 and then asked if I would like to leave a tip. Later I went onto their website and $70 is the fee for the "deluxe" treatment which includes a blow dry and style.
