Friendly Staff...took time giving both Pedicure and Manicure. Bonnie was AWESOME and truly friendly. I am looking forward to my next visit with her. She decided how to do my nails and they came out gorgeous. Services: Pedicure, Dip powder, Manicure

Worst experience ever. If I could give a negative 4, I would. I live in Berrington Hall subdivision and several of my neighbors complimented the shop. However the natives did not seem friendly to me. Arrive at the shop needing a manicure and pedicure and was greeted rudely and then ignored. After 30 minutes I approached one of the workers and ask for a manicure and pedicure. I was instructed to sit at station one. Which I noticed that the liner had not been prepared sanitize nor filled with water. So I decided after waiting 30 minutes to turn on the massage chair and read a book. Five or six chapters and I finally had someone to instruct me to take my shoes off for a pedicure as if I did not know the process. I don't know if it was just because it was a holiday , Mother's Day tomorrow. The staff at this nail shop are just plain rude. Maybe a one off but This is not for me to decide nor will I find out. Not a great experience. I hope this is helpful to others.

Love coming to this salon! They always treat me and everyone in there with amazing customer service and they always remember you! All you have to do is show them a picture or tell them what you want and they give you just that! I never have any issues or complaints when I get my nails done here. They give me all the bling and designs my heart desires, which is a lot because I always try to be out of the box most days.
