I can't comment on their level of service since I waited close to thirty minutes for an appointment set several days prior before leaving. The location seemed clean and pleasant and I did experience an elderly lady purchasing product given extremely good service. My experience of having to wait as if I'm in a doctor's office seemed pretentious and arrogant. I will not be seeking an appointment at the location again.
Meredith is an absolutely stellar stylist!! My hair looks amazing and most importantly, Meredith listened to what I had to say concerning style and product. I even got a compliment when I walked out into the lobby. The overall salon experience was exceptional and the entire staff is personable. So happy to have found Amanda Jane Salon!!
