Went there for the first time and the service was absolutely amazing and I’m so happy with my hair. I’ll definitely be back and recommend everybody.
Extremely disappointed! The last couple times I've been here I've been skipped over. Today signed in at 2:15. 4:25 still not washed. Waiting Two hours just to be washed is just not acceptable when watching people who arrived after Me got washed before Me.
Very disappointing. I waited more than 20 minutes for Ana to arrive for a quick haircut. If you book online, you must pay at least half the cost upfront with no refund. She responded to my review with a racial accusation. Unwarranted and very unprofessional. Service: Haircut
