This is my first time coming to Muse Salon. I read some reviews, did some research, and booked an appointment with Kenan. However, they provided me with a different hairstylist, and I am extremely disappointed with the result. I requested a full-layered cut, but I ended up with more of a straight cut at the back.

I saw Trish for my first appointment at Muse Salon and Spa. She did an amazing job with my balayage. I look forward to appointments with her because she takes her time with me. I never feel like a customer. She treats me like a friend. She gives great professional advice on maintaining the healthiest hair possible. I can’t wait for my next appointment with her! Wow ???? Trish did wonders on my hair! This is the first time I have had my hair done at this salon. I started with a consultation with Trish and she went over various options and offered suggestions. We settled on a half balayage and she also offered to go over cost which I also appreciate. I also had a conditioning treatment and an awesome wash/head massage. She dried and trimmed my hair as well and I absolutely love how it turned out. I highly recommend her!! She’s super talented, knowledgeable and sweet as well. As far as the salon goes, it is rather large and quite busy but the vibe is still comfortable and relaxing. There are cold and hot drinks and a comfortable waiting area. They also carry a ton of products and Trish was happy to recommend shampoo and conditioner products that are right for my hair. Great experience! Thank you Trish!!!
