Great Clips

I went back to this branch today. The gentleman who took me said that he remembered me from before. He asked if I was going to tip him today. I honestly thought he was joking. He made it sound like I was rude for not tipping him from before. He said he expected a tip from before and this time because he said he didn't work for free. Not wanting to cause trouble, I gave him the biggest tip the computer would allow at the end. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to this great clips ever again if their employees are allowed to belittle their customers so publicly.

I had a haircut at this salon yesterday for the first time. I had read some really good reviews for Tom and so I requested him. I am so pleased with my haircut and the service at this salon. Tom is excellent and I can understand why so many like him. I will definitely be back.

I left the salon with a huge sinking feeling in my gut. I asked the stylist to cut my hair right above my shoulder and she went up to my jawline. She did okay with my bangs but I am really embarrassed to go out with the back of my head looking like this. It looks nothing like the reference I provided, I wanted semi choppy medium layers but she cut everything super short and choppy. When I pointed out my discomfort both stylists just ganged up on me and said it just need to be "styled". I'm glad that hair grows back so I'll get this fixed somewhere else when it grows out.
