Great, clean place! Went in for a fill in and was extremely happy with the outcome!! Hai was awesome and made my nails look perfect!!!

this was horrrible. today is my birthday, went to go get my nails done here and i gave the nail tech the picture of what i wanted. HE COMPLETELY IGNORED THE PIC. AND DID ANOTHER DESIGN ON ME. he didn’t even bother to try. there are hair in my nails and everything. worst birthday ever.

I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews. Especially for small business. But the pedicure by the man with the name Jack on his shirt was beyond TERRIBLE. It was as if he has had zero training and has zero common sense. I cringed through it and kept hoping it would get better. But it never did. There was entirely way too much going wrong for me to explain to the staff without asking for a new technician. The water was room temperature. His hands were freezing. He cut my toenails with the straight clippers intended for trimming dead skin. They were obviously too dull for nails and also not even the proper blade shape. He just kept forcefully cutting jagged chunks off of my toenails. Chunk by chunk. It literally looked like a rat was chewing on my toenails during the process and he left them that way til the end when he filed them just enough to take the deep jagged chunks down a little. He had to put all of his force into the clippers to get them to cut through with the dull blade. He
