Cheryl, at Great Clips, is the absolute best-very professional & caring. She listens attentively and always provides great service. If you want a precision stylist just ask for Cheryl....I highly recommend her! Service: Haircut
Took my son to get a hair cut and this is what he got left. Didn't realize it was like this till today. He got it cut on Saturday. But went back in this morning and a different lady was able to fix it and it looks so much better now. I would have gave 4 stars but it shouldn't have been this bad. I do appreciate though when I came back they apologized and was very nice and helpful with it. But I will no longer let that person cut my kids hair again.
My husband went to this store while we were out shopping so I dropped him off at the salon that my in-laws suggested. He wanted his usual cut that he has been getting for years, long enough on top to put gel in to style and short on the sides (usually a 3 razor). The hair stylist (my understanding it was the owner) wasn't paying attention to what he wanted and took a 4 razor straight down the middle of his head. Now he has a buzzcut that he never wanted and later we find that she left 2 inches of hair on his side burns. We will NEVER come back here again nor recommend this place to anyone. If I could put negative stars on here I would. Go find somewhere else to get your hair done. Service: Haircut
