As I am a State Board license manicurist as well, I know proper protocol. I stopped at this location from dire need as I was traveling and had run out of time, or I would simply have done my service myself as I typically do. Upon entering, my expectations were heightened as it was a very clean neat and orderly salon, yet I witnessed they were not disinfecting any areas between clients. No one wash their hands in between clients which is state board I require the person servicing me for my hands and feet to both wash their hands they immediately did so but I should not have to ask for something that is state board regulated, lastly I had to make them get new implements to ensure they had been disenefected prior to my use. I selected my polish and ended up with two different colors. I chose a shape for my nails, and none of them were shaped the same and to attempt to have them correct there mistake would have required me to Simply cut them off and make them a mini set which is not what
