I was very disappointed with my service today. I left so upset and disappointed as soon as I got home I washed my hair. I wish the stylist would of tried to fix my hair or offer a discount or something but she knew I didn't like it. I've never cried after a hair appointment but I was so upset. Paid $140 to absolutely and completely hate my hair. I've been to this salon I think a total of 4 times maybe and I've never left loving my hair. Hence why I didn't come to often but today was the final straw and I will not be back. The only reason I started going was because my old stylist stopped doing hair for a while and I was referred to them by a coworker but my coworker doesn't even go there anymore because her hair broke off after she got color. I will say everyone seems nice and the salon is clean but other than that it's a naw for me!!! Hence why I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1.

Purnell does my hair here. She has been my stylist for about a year now. She is AMAZING with color. There is nothing she can't do when it comes to hair. She's got my hair bleached blonde and still grows down my back. I adore her customer service and she gets me in and out. Most salons you have to spend the day there but not here. No complaints. The salon is very clean and in a great area. Plenty of parking and the shampoo's I get there are like Jesus himself is washing my hair. My hair is very very dense and VERY difficult for me to manage (i'm natural) but she does it with ease. I love it there, I just wish it was closer to where I live.
