I saw Lori and she's great. Someone else messed my hair up badly and at 68 that's awful. Lori listened and gave me a really nice haircut ???? happy.

I have been seeing Kristy at Sego Salon for years now and I trust no one else with my hair. She just get's it. I love the feeling and atmosphere of this small salon, they take their time with your service and make everyone feel so relaxed and welcome. I feel like Kristy is part of my family! I brought in a picture for Lori. I told her I wanted my hair to be full on the bottom, not thin as it gets from layers because my hair is fine. The picture was of a long blunt lob. She gave me the worst haircut of my life. I have never cried so much over hair. The layers she gave me cost me so much length to correct. I’m guessing 5 inches in total and poorly shaped at that. Went to another salon to have some corrective cuts and that stylist was baffled when I showed her the original picture. I was clear about what I wanted and did not get it. Lori did not listen to me at all. She gave me the cut she knows and said “I thought you wanted to……”. Now I’m in hair hell because it’s too short to correct. Worst experience ever. Service: Haircut
