Great professional stylists. She does a great job all the time. Conversation is great. We talk about our heavenly father.
This salon seems to be a place for older clientele. I could picture grandmothers going there and having a long-standing relationship with the hair dresser. As for me, I did not get the services I asked for when I walked through the door. I was very clear and stated what I wanted repeatedly. I did not get the color I wanted and was very descriptive about, I did not get the style I wanted, and overall the experience was not great. I left feeling deflated. The only positive thing about the services I received was the scalp treatment. The staff was friendly enough, but I won't be returning.
The customer service was great. I made an appointment with the owner, Mrs. Deloris (I think is her name). The clientele/market does seem to be upper middle age-older women, but I would still recommend this salon. You can get basic services as I think they care more about the HEALTH of your hair than the STYLES. If you want something elaborate and “young”, maybe get those styles from a different stylist, but if you want your hair to be healthy and maintained, I’d suggest coming here.
