I went in late to get a soak off and dip change cause my nails are real so I get them dip and a pedicure to match the lady had a attitude from hell we all have them from time to time so I just stuck my hands in bowls started soaking and my feet in water when she came back with drill she removed my pinky first and so on but when she got to my thumb she started yanking I started tearing up and told those were my real nails not acrylics she looks me dead in the eyes and rips the tip of my thumb off and proceeded to do it to the next one I grabbed my purse ran out crying bleeding and will never returned to this salon ever they are cruel and this was so very unprofessional.
I enjoyed the staff and the lady that done my nails was very helpful and took her time and ask my thoughts on it.
Best nail salon in town. Clean and professional environment. Nails tech provide high quality services. Come and try it to feel great and look fabulous. Service: Pedicure
