Allure Nail Spa

Ron is absolutely amazing! No matter what design, what color I want he accomplishs it beautifully!! And the pedicure ladies do awesome.

When I get my nails done here I usually have a good experience but this time I felt like the lady did not care to fix the white line on my nails. I told her if she can fix it and she said it was too late, and she still charged me $75. $75 for this? I needed to be somewhere so I couldn’t ask for a discount but for sure I’m not going to allure for awhile.

This was my first time there. I needed a fill in on nails and polish change on toes. Both gel polish. They sat me down to do polish change on toes first. That went beautifully. Then they sat me in a seat to do nails. I had milky white acrylic powder and a clear coat. She acted like she had never seen this before and called over a gentleman to help. We decided American White acrylic to “match”. The lady didn’t even file off my clear coat barely went over nail with drill file anything and started getting the powder and brush ready. I stopped her and said there’s polish on my nails still. She said I’ll get it later. What? Then the manager came over and said she doesn’t want to file too much and make your nails thin. At least get the old grungy polish off? I’m like if it was pink polish would she have filed it off or just left it? I’m like do y’all not have any more acrylic? There’s places that are dull and places shiny all up and down my nails The lady refused to file the old polish off.
