The worse Brazilian wax experience ever. And I've been getting waxed regularly for over 10 years. I was serviced on Monday July 31st around 1pm by an older staff member (unfortunately her name isn't on my receipt) and received a Brazillian & Under arm wax. Upon being greeted by her things were smooth and she seemed nice but once we were in the treatment room and she begin the service things took a turn for the worst. The wax was too HOT and when I asked to adjust the wax temp she told me that it was not the wax that was the problem and gave me an excuse that it's because I just had a baby (something I shared with her in the beginning of the service) and that my. hormones were all over the place. To add to that misery, she would attempt to lift the strip too quickly and only half the strip would lift and the other half would be stuck on my skin! This happened at least 3 times to the point I had to ask her if she could just let the strip sit for a moment, she gave me an excuse that it wo

This location has become my favorite. It is a little farther away from my house but I go where the quality is. I am always able to set an appointment even if it’s last minute. Soon as I arrrive, I am greeted and seen immediately. Everyone I’ve seen for a Brazilian has been great!

I’ve been coming here for over a year and really enjoy it. All of the ladies are friendly and Rehana is my fav. She’s so quick and efficient, very sweet.
