Chad did an excellent job on my hair.???????? The salon called and asked if i could come earlier. I could. Chad got started 25 minutes early and finished in 2 hours. My hair looked great! He offered no judgment when i told him i got my hair done elsewhere when i really needed it done and he was not available. He just said, "You have to do what you have to do." I went to Fernbank After Dark after getting my hair done and despite the heat and humidity and all the people my silk press held up!!!

Texture Salon has very great customer service from the moment you walk in the door. I was serviced by Milky and she definitely contributed to the 5-star experience. I was not pleased with the way ny hair was styled. When I made the appointment, I told the Scheduler what style I wanted. When I got to the salon, the stylist didn't ask me what I was getting done, so I was under the impression that she knew. When she swiveled me around to the mirror and I saw my hair, I was completely disappointed. I looked like Cleo from Set it Off. I didn't tip and have decided I will not return. I ended up covering it up with a wig. I paid over $100 for what I got. So disappointed.
