My experience with PAULA was one of the worse experiences I have had while trying to get my hair cut. I am new to the Atlanta area and was looking for someone who can do "The Big Chop." I found her on instagram in which she had beautiful pictures. I booked an appointment in which she required a $35 holding deposit just for booking with her. However, after a few days after booking I had to reschedule due to work purposes. Even though I rescheduled in an adequate amount of time, she then stated that I had to pay another deposit and lose the first deposit. This was not clearly stated during our email exchanges (which is the only way she will communicate with you. Trying to call? You will be sent directly to the voicemail.) When I arrived at my appointment, she immediately said I didn't have an appointment set. I showed her the email as soon as she said that. When she noticed I was correct, she immediately said, "You are late" and was very very rude to me. You do not treat first time cl
