I was nervous to come to this salon as all I was going off of was online reviews, but it ended up being an amazing find!! I saw Bernice who was excellent at listening to what I wanted and gave me probably my favorite haircut I've ever had. Reception & scheduling was also communicative and efficient. I have been a customer, a Bob Steele‘s for many many years. I recently visited the salon in Atlanta, and I must say that my experience was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked through the door I was treated with war and professionalism. I can never say enough good things about Ming as she is top notch in hair design. It is an absolute pleasure to use a Bob Steele for my go to place for all my hair needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch salon experience in Atlanta.

Let's talk about how my feelings towards this location went from sweet to bitter. I've been to this location twice and had the pleasure of meeting Pratt. She did an awesome job on my haircut (first visit) then base touch-up (second visit). My problem isn't with the stylist but the encounter at checkout last night. I asked the young lady if I can speak with Pratt so I can ask her three questions (how long will the color last, when should I rebook for my highlights and purchasing the oil used on my hair). But I was informed that she had already left out the back door after servicing my hair. I find that hard to believe when I heard her talking to someone. I am adamant about being professional, friendly and courteous. Had she not lied and told me she was gone when the stylist was still there I might've returned for services.
